Anita Kuisle

Dear visitors:

Since 1985 Anita Kuisle has been running the "Büro für Technikgeschichte", an independent private consultancy for industrial history, based in Munich. The Büro has two main specialities: planning and acting as curator for exhibitions, and documenting and surveying industrial and technical sites and artefacts of historical importance. Both exhibition and documentation/survey work concentrate on the Industrial Age. Clients of Büro für Technikgeschichte are public and private institutions which deal with culture, companies with a feeling for tradition and private persons interested in history.

Mrs. Kuisle has an engineering degree in Technical Physics of University for Applied Sciences at Munich and a M.A. degree in Cultural Sciences of Ludwig Maximilian University at Munich. Before her founding Büro für Technikgeschichte, Anita Kuisle was a member of the scientific staff of Deutsches Museum München. From 1995 to 2009, Mrs. Kuisle taught the history of technology and industry at the University of Applied Sciences in Augsburg.

This website is written in German since the activity of Büro für Technikgeschichte primarily takes place in German-speaking areas only. Therefore, this is just a short introduction.
